Solaleya menciptakan bentuk rumah yang  lebih mirip sebuah pesawat luar angka (UFO) tetapi teknologi yang ada di dalam rumah ini pasti akan buat kamu menyukainya.

Solaleya Domes adalah rumah berbentuk kubah (atu UFO yah?) yang dibuat oleh Solaleya yang dapat berputar untuk mendapatkan pemandangan yang berbeda setiap harinya. Dan selain untuk keperluan diatas, pemutaran ini sebenarnya untuk mendapatkan sinar matahari yang optimal untuk panel surya yang ada di bagian atas.

Rumah ini juga telah mendapatkan sertifikasi untuk ketahanannya terhadap bencana alam, seperti angin topan dengan kategori 5 dan gempa bumi dengan skala 8 MSK.

Terlepas dari rumah yang ramah lingkungan, va suka dengan kemampuannya untuk berputar sehingga tidak bosan bila bangun tidur hanya melihat jemuran saja. (hhe..)

Hotel di bawah laut terbesar berada di Dubai

Yang Unik, cerdas dan kreatif datang dari Dubai

Dubai berencana akan membangun hotel di dalam air dengan kedalaman sekitar 20 meter dengan nama Hydropolis dan akan mempunyai 220 kamar yang berbentuk seperti gelembung (Hmm???)

Di bagian dasar hotel akan terdapat sebuah terowongan dengan panjang 515 meter yang dapat mengantar penumpang untuk melihat keindahan bawah laut dengan kereta otomatis.

Hotel ini rencananya akan selesai pada tahun 2009 dan akan “menelan” biaya sekitar US$ 600 juta. (itung ndiri deh klo di ke rupiahin berapa?)Jika kamu berencana untuk “mencicipi” suasana hotel bawah laut ini, siapkan uang kamu minimal Rp. 50.000.000 per malam (maaf, bukan per bulan yah). .
